REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Returns All sales are final. Because our boards are made in small batches and personalized with custom engraving, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales on custom-made and bulk-order items are also final. Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase — if anything comes up, please reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Damaged or lost shipments All sales are final once items are released to the shipping carrier, and we are not responsible for damage that occurs after that point. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us at tavolostudios@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help you reorder.

Personalization Tavolo Studios LLC is not responsible for any misspelled words, typos, or similar grammatical errors submitted with an order. The submitted text will be used to personalize each item. We will do our best to make necessary changes to a submitted personalization order (mistakes happen!) but we cannot guarantee changes requested more than 12 hours after the order was originally submitted. We will not personalize any item using profanity, hate speech, overtly sexual messages, or any other language deemed inappropriate (at the sole discretion of Tavolo Studios LLC). If we deem a personalization in violation of this policy, we will contact the customer for an alternative or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Warranty We stand behind our products! If you have any issues, please communicate with us. We'll fix or replace it if we can, introduce you to someone who will, or point you in the right direction for a solution. We run this business to see people enjoy our products — we're not evil or greedy!
